With each study, I have been so impressed with the energy, intellectual insight, and passion of the Sangath team.  As a statistician, it has been a special pleasure to work with the excellent data management team and for their outstanding work which makes life as a trial statistician very straightforward!  And as a woman, I am always thrilled to be part of investigator meetings with so many female scientists.
