Dr Ravindra Agrawal is a consultant psychiatrist based in Goa and has been actively engaged in supporting Sangath’s work, in past as its Managing Committee member and now on the Executive Council. 

He is the PI on a large CSR funded implementation project in rural Madhya Pradesh under the EMPOWER India initiative. He is leading Sangath’s fundraising efforts and has been engaged in IMPACT project ( tele psychiatry).

He has a Diploma in Psychological Medicine (India) , Masters in Psychiatric Medicine ( NSW, Australia) and is a Member of Royal College of Psychiatrists, United Kingdom. He also has an MBA in Health Care. He has extensive experience of working in rural India ( District Mental Health Program), National Health Service, UK and Western Sydney Area Health Service, New South Wales.

He is Director of Antarman Centre, a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists and psychotherapists and runs the psychiatry department at Manipal Hospital, Goa. Dr Agrawal is the member of Goa State Mental Health Authority and Vice President of Psychiatric Society of Goa. His areas of interest are youth (resilience), addictions and community mental health.
