THE GREEN TAPE PROJECT

PROJECT OVERVIEW

In today’s world of instant communication and ever-improving technology, it has become crucial that every research organization take steps to make their processes more efficient. Whether this be in the administration or financial aspects. Sangath, as a non-profit mental health research organization, is striving to do the same through the Green Tape project.

The project’s main aim is to re-imagine Sangath’s current processes, to make it more apt for the effective utilization of funds provided to Sangath. The aim is to achieve this goal by complying with all the criteria mentioned in the Good Financial Grant Practices (GFGP) standard, which is an internationally recognized organizational standard for research institutes.
